The service is horrible. They take for ever to pay you out even if it's clear in black and white that you're not at fault. The whole staff make up excuses as to why you're waiting so long for a payout. This process has been very stressful and disappointing and handled unprofessional and I'm still in pain. They constantly lie about waiting for medical bills to be paid when all this information was collected as the case started and continued, like really how long does it take it's been 10 months and I'm still waiting. Don't bring your case here you will be waiting forever to be paid out when it's a clear straight case. They make promises that will not be kept. This has been way longer than 3-4 months to handle a case.
