We had a water pipe burst in the middle of the night with excessive water damage to floors and walls. The insurance company’s settlement was a joke. After getting nowhere, even with an awesome public adjuster we hired Cassel & Cassel P.A. through the recommendation of our adjuster. Hillary called the next day and laid out the plan and let us know the Alex Zatik would be handling our case. Alex was very knowledgeable and personable. He kept in close contact throughout the whole ordeal. The insurance company made several attempts to settle. Alex let us know what he thought and did not ever let off. We received a great settlement, and in good time also. We can now fix our home the way it should be fixed. I would highly recommend Alex and The whole team at Cassel & Cassel P.A. They were able to turn a nightmare into a manageable situation. My family thanks you all.
