I was involved in a car accident we’re the other person was at fault running a light and my case was assigned to Mr Keith Goldblum. I never got to speak with him, only with his assistant who favorite answer was that Mr Goldblum was busy and he would return the call which never happened. I never heard of a plan or what I was supposed to do or expect from them, the letter from the doctor of the insurance was lost in mail and I contacted them to know what to do and got the same answer from his assistant, also never heard from him. It’s a shame that I lost my time with this firm, they were recommended by a friend.

I have not enough words to express how amazing Cynthia J Arevalo is. She and her staff are the most diligent, efficient and proactive team out there. She will get through every step of the way; on each appointment she will call you/meet with you and explain exactly what will happen and what to expect. She will never give false expectations; from the beginning she will be very clear and straight forward. There always will be a two way communication; she will keep you up to date on every step and every process. She will always go an extra mile.
