My 90-year old mother and I experienced horrific issues with an insurance company after hurricane Michael. Ten months of frustration, delays, repeated requests for the same documentation, incorrect requests, failures to approve or review submitted material. We could not get phone calls returned and we frequently discovered that conversations with our desk adjuster were never documented. The nightmare for my mother ended when I spoke with Michael Cassel. After a preliminary exchange of information, Mr. Cassel took charge of everything. He has an excellent mastery of the insurance protocols and a true understanding of the knowledge needed to resolve even the most complicated issues. Not only did he resolve our claims in a reasonable amount of time, but he delivered positive results beyond our expectations. His personal attention to my mother and I provided such a comfort. Without his professionalism, concern for us as a client, or his contacts within the industry, we may have given up. My mother's only asset would have been lost. I did everything they asked me to do and then they told me that they couldn't get me a settlement but, they got the other person that was in the accident with me a settlement I can't understand that... and State Farm is still writing me letters asking me to contact them to discuss marker Medical Diagnosis and treatment plan.....

Don’t NOT retain this law firm. Your lucky if you actually get to speak to a lawyer rather then a paralegal. They will Not disclose the plan of attack for your case and will lead you on. They recommended I to to go to spine and joint. They told me it would be covered by the other party that was at fault. They decided to drop me even with the other party at fault and injuries I sustained. Now I’m on the hook for all the medical expenses....

Only GREAT things to say about Melinda and the Grimaldi team. They helped coordinate the sale of our property AND purchase of another property ON THE SAME DAY. They were VERY accomodating to our schedule as my husband and I work full-time, not to mention a toddler.
