I tried the firm's services with good recommendations from people, but from the moment I started the process, Ilan didn't help me at all, didn't guide me in anything, he gave the case to one of his apprentices, he promised me that within a year it would be over. it really was supposed to be like that, but it just doesn't interest him, so every time they reject me on the grounds that it's missing Documents that Ilan and his office should have known I needed, it's been 3 years already and I'm still waiting to be done with it, I don't recommend approaching such an office
