You’re probably reading through these reviews trying to decide whether Schatzman & Hovanyecz P.A. is the right law firm for you. I’m here to tell you to look no further - They are. After an insultingly low settlement offer from our insurance company following a claim, we decided to contract their firm. We were very nervous to escalate things, but it was 100% the right move. Ian and Zoltan (and Fabian) have been incredible throughout this entire process. Communication has been clear and forthright and they worked with us to settle on a number we were satisfied with. What’s more is that they didn’t abandon us after the checks arrived. They have continued to offer council where needed to help us navigate getting the funds released from our mortgage company. We cannot recommend them enough!

The process of litigating your insurance company can be intimidating. I've been in good hands though my complex journey of fighting my claim though my adjuster and then ultimately becoming clients with Zoltan. He was honest, fair, and most importantly trustorthy. I felt he fiduciarily was always acting in my best interest on all the decisions. He met all my expectations and we succeeded in our case. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if needed.

This firm is very prompt and professional

I'm a retired insurance agent in Florida so I speak with the benefit of knowing the business. I had a slightly involved case with an insurance claim. I called Zoltan on the recomendation given to me by very trusted source. In a five minute conversation Zoltan answered all my questions and gave some very sound advice, didn't even have to hire him. At Schatzman & Hovanyecz you get no mumbo jumbo legalese, no overhyped promises and no pressure. All you get is the facts in plain english. As idependent insurance adjusters I am sure they'll max out all the benefits your insurance policy covers. This is a keeper, I'm saving this number and spreading the good word to friends and family.
