Zoltan Hovanyecz is a dedicated attorney who has a wealth of knowledge. He initially assisted me with a Homeowner's claim and was able to get me a very good settlement. Ryan did an outstanding job for both of my businesses including contract review for an acquisition and buyout, operating agreement review, non-compete advice and contract negotiation.
