I cannot say enough great things about this firm. I hired this firm to get a better custody plan than what this state hands out to single fathers. Melissa Pendergrass was my attorney during this entire process and she was absolutely amazing. She is very professional and thorough with her work and how she represented me in the hearings. She helped me get a 50/50 parenting plan and more. My child and I cannot thank her enough for this. Also, Robert Ray's hard work didn't go unnoticed. From the very start he always kept in contact with updates about what was going on or what needed to be done. He explained every question or concern I had about the case, paperwork, and forms that needed to be done. I encourage any parent who is not getting a fair parenting plan or believes they deserve more to please give this firm a call.

I had Pam Bauman represent me on a tough situation against the state for for some false accusations that i had almost no evidence to defend myself with and she was able to get me a deal good enough to change my mind on a trial that i was well set on. She worked her magic at the pre trial to where i got charges lowered so i can have withold judication and just 2 years probation with chance of early termination instead of 5 yrs prison and time lost with my kids.
