Rick Staggard and his team took amazing care of me and my daughter when we were hit by a negligently impaired driver. Took time to read the reviews not sure if they was real people or not but There customer service suck couldn’t talk to no one properly. It was always I will call you back I guess they got too big for the small guy wouldn’t pick them for Worker’s Comp.!!!!

My litigation attorney in my lawsuit against the insurance company for the man who rear ended me going 55 mph was Mario Errico. From the first moment he took over my case he called me to discuss the details of the accident and to review my injuries and all of my medical care following the accident. I could tell from our first conversation that he was the kind of attorney I needed in my lawsuit because, as I like to describe it, he was “a shark.” He would fight for me and not back down for any reason. He ultimately got me the best settlement he could. He worked well with the adjuster of the opposing insurance company, not in an argumentative way, but in an assertive but respectful manner such that he achieved his goal for me. Although I was so thankful for his commitment to me and his phenomenal skills as a litigation attorney, the thing that meant more to me than anything else was the fact that he knew from the beginning that I was not “a big moneymaker” for the law firm but he treated me as if I were. I cannot recommend Mario enough.

This process over the last year has been very informative with the case being handled by Megan. Everything was very step by step with clear instructions on how to go about the processes. Megan definitely showed me that my health was the top priority, then getting the proper compensation for that was a close second. I'm truly appreciative of everything she's done for me this whole year.
