I was involved in a horrible accident and was hit by a tractor trailer just over a year ago. The bills piled up because of medical costs and my car was totaled. I can't be any more pleased with my experience at Farah and Farah. I practically did not have to do anything. They did all the work and kept me informed at all times throughout the whole process. I didn't have to call them. They called me every time there was new information about my case. My legal team was available at all times during business hours and if for any reason they were not available, they were very punctual returning phone calls. My attorney Mr. Mark Hall is very professional and thorough and took his time with me making sure I understood everything in simple English (not in lawyer's lingo). And Mr. Hall's assistants can't be any more professional and nice and responsive. What a great asset they are for the company! I am so grateful for Mr. Hall and his assistants! Spent 20 minutes sharing all the details of the matter to then be asked at the very end if anyone was injured— of course there is no money in a case where no one is injured ( I understand that) but what a waste of time! Then I’m added to a mailing list and keep receiving advertisement and mailings—come on, that’s just obnoxious.
