I have been tossed around 4:00 to 5:00 case managers and paralegal for the past 5 months I do not get a return phone call and a proper business adequacy ira response from email I leave messages on voicemails I do not get a phone call back until three to four weeks later I am not satisfied with this service.

I can not seem to get a hold of anyone work my case. I have tried email, text, and call. I have only been able to get a hold of someone once and it’s was after calling all day. She was very nice but that means nothing if I can’t get in contact with you. At this point I no longer want to continue this process with M&M.

Good morning family. I say family because that’s what we are and ever since I have been a part of Morgan and Morgan family that’s just how I feel big are small cases. We fight!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was referred to them. I was told this is the best company. I should have just gone with my own mind to what I knew. Because it has been literally 9 months and I haven't received ABSOLUTELY NO information on my case. When I tell you I have called and emailed so much I feel like I'm becoming a burden. But its like is it to hard to at least send an reply to an email. I have even gone to the office multiple time and my last visit I was told I can't just show up that I have to have an appointment. But how could I get that when I'm not getting an answer. All I have been asking for the last few months is an update. My time is running out. It's coming up on a year and nothing had been solved. This doesn't make any sense at all.

I have only spoken to my Case Manager 3 times since my accident on April 19. Our last conversation she asked me for insurance info and a police report which was given the 1st time she called me. I was referred to a theorpy physician that you referred and they have all the information on my insurance amd the people at fault insurance and was told they send everything to Morgan and Morgan so I'm confused on why the information was asked for again. This was my 1st accident in my life and I'm 46yrs old. I don't feel like I'm really not informed on my case amd never even met my Lawyer amd when I tried to reach out to him my messages were blocked. I would really like to believe in the motto that Morgan and Morgan has always used "FOR THR PEOPLE"

I chose this rating because Miss Linda does an amazing job keeping me informed in reference to my case and she checks on me to see how I’m doing; I can tell that she cares about me.

The team requested documents to begin my case. Recently I completed a questionnaire about my current pain and discomfort as well as medical treatments.

I was hurt at a restaurant a couple years ago. I love the restaurant and the people that work and own the store. They were excellent in helping me get the information we needed that way I could get back to being healthy and fit again. I am certain it was due to the services the attorneys and staff provide at Morgan and Morgan. I give kudos to Sarah Foster, Valerie Harrison, Lisa Perez, and Lisa Cubera. I am grateful for everything you all did to help me through my case. Their services are impeccable. Life has still been very difficult afterwards. A word of advice a settlement or lawsuit isn’t a solution. But it can make all the difference in your life if you choose the right firm. The practice of Southeast Orthopedic Specialist is the practice that Morgan and Morgan have ti treat their clients. The Dr. Paul Collier and Dr. VanRensburg made all the difference in the world in my healing. I recommend them without question if you are interested in actually recovering from an injury. I honestly didn’t think I would ever be able to have the type of agility and movement I have today. God bless every one in this firm and everyone at Southeast Orthopedic Specialist.
