I TEXT CASE MGR & ATTNY UPDATES/ MILESTONES. NOT MUCH FEEDBACK FROM THEM. ORIGINAL LOCAL TEAM WAS SWITCHED TO CURRENT AT TITUSVILLE. I ASKED IF THE DISTANCE IS A PROBLEM, MARY SAID NO. While my case manager was out, the person that called me gave me all of the wrong information and caused me to miss my birthday trip. They never returned my calls then gave excuses that they have other clients to serve like I’m not a current client!
