Little bit of a long process. Wish I could get more updates from case manager without me calling first to inquire info on my case. Also a little more sense of urgency on closing case would be nice

I’ve been shifted through so many different employees. The numbers I was given to reach people directly don’t even work. Not sure if people are quoting or if work kids are too high but it would be nice to work with the same people vs. having to catch different employees up every 2 months.

I just started a relationship with M & M, I tried calling my Attorney or his PA and I haven't gotten a call back. I was sent an email with some paperwork attached. An excellent law office group that helps individuals especially elderly people like myself and my fiance get through such an impact of losing our vehicle and being damaged bodily and yet Morgan & Morgan's stepped in and have been very successful in getting people's attention.
