Joshua Tut was fine....The whole assembly line process was irritating though. Would have preferred to speak to an actual lawyer instead of being put through some algorithm. Very impersonal. And gearing this survey to the individual instead of the whole experience is pretty suckey too! So what?.. The only way my complaint gets heard is if I give this poor guy who is just doing his job a bad review?! Shameful!

I have called 6 times and was never able to speak to anyone about my case. I left a message every time and never received a call back. Since my original call, I have lost my job, had surgery 3 times, got a major infection, i was denied treatment from 3 different hospitals, and morgan and Morgan didn't help or care.

Aside from Morgan and Morgan as a whole not being able to help me, there was a language barrier between us. Not very satisfied at all. For this to be a legal service it was not at all up to par. This is a serious life altering industry potentially so the service should be sharp and efficient

The only problem I have is answering the phone .
I get so many spam calls and I will not answer an unknown phone.
To wit::
I get one phone call (legit)
Then I get 5 to 7 spam calls in between
I am saying within 5 to 8 hours
