I am highly disappointed in the service I have been provided I got in my accident in 2020 and settled earlier 21 and I still haven't gotten my money. The first lawyer that had my case no longer works there then the next lawyer that had my case no longer works there so when I called the other day the lady I spoke to was supposed to get back to me to give me an update and never has called me back. At this point I'm trying to figure out who and what attorney fees I will be paying being that this will be the third attorney. I feel like I am just getting the run around I came in February and finally signed some papers but still have not heard anything back. I was told I would have my money in July of 2022 and here we are and it's almost July of 2023. For a law firm that promotes they are for the people dang sure don't know how to communicate with the people whatsoever. I'm beyond over getting the run around I'm tired of switching attorneys... Morgan and Morgan needs to start following how they promote. I have been more than patient and I want my money

Because she speaks very clearly and she let me knew that I don't have to worry about anything because they will handle everything.

Not a hard fighting lawyer group! I was passed from lawyer to lawyer. All they cared about was their google review. Like that's how they actually got paid. Each lawyer didn't care about helping me, they just wanted me to get hyped and then remind me to fill out a Google review.

Everything done by phone or computer

My experience has been good thus far. I never had to deal with anything of this sort, but the team working with me, has shown me that they will take care of everything on my behalf. I really appreciate that.

I have enjoyed working with Brittany. She has been on top of things and has kept me well up to date on my case.

Called in for a consultation because I was in a accident. They only want the big cases. Terrible experience.
