Once we did not need his services and terminated the relationship, he continued to charge fees until the final award was complete. It took another attorney to finish the job that he could not finish himself. We hired another attorney. He then escalated his fees and filed a judgement holding the final estate hearing to a close. This attorney was paid thru the entire process and created unnecessary costs for no reason! Most of the work was completed by assistance in his office. Legal crook!
