I have consulted with and hired Preston Oughton on two different legal matters. He was knowledgeable on both, timely with responses, and helped "coach" me through these difficult legal matters. Other attorneys did not bring the "human element" that Preston brought to the table. He is a stellar attorney and I would highly recommend him.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Preston Oughton and his staff. If you need assistance with a trust of a variety of other legal matters we highly recommend this firm. Preston took the time to go through each document page by page and answer all of the questions we had. That's what we were hoping for in an attorney, someone who you feel is truly your advocate. That was our experience with Preston Oughton.
