All of their 5 star reviews are because they deserve them! Kate was masterful in her negotiations with the insurance company and fought for fairness for my mom and myself like we were her own family. I never had to call and ask what was happening because Kate kept me informed every step of the way and explained the when, why’s, and the how’s of what to expect. Her assistant Stacie is informative, polite, and she quickly concluded adjustments to my medical bills which in return allowed a higher payout for me.
