Just a review of an onboarding phone call. Not only were the polite and promotional, but they answered all questions AND (you will never believe this) they actually elaborated and gave additional onfo then I requested to make sure I was aware of some potential issues I may run into.
This is only an impression based on a phone call but I am impressed so far.
