During my unfortunate accident I was completely devastated, Farah and Farah give me a peace of mind not having to worry about how I was going to handle things. They are caring and overall top notch. They kept me informed on everything that was happening and all that I needed to do to make it go smoothly. I can never thank them enough for all they did. I have to email and remind them to send me an update. Once they transfer me to someone else I have to reach out and ask who the attorney is and how to contact them. They act as though you’re harassing them when you’re simply asking for an update. If it’s a small case perhaps choose a smaller firm to avoid this issue.

I reached out to Farah and Farah to help with my problems regarding my Jeep. Attorney Josh Kaleel and Case Law Manager Mirna Lynch led me through the process and made it as easy as possible. Even though the process took a long while, they kept me informed and up to date through the entire process and they were positive throughout. Although I hope no one ever needs their services, I will gladly recommend them to anyone that does. They were very professional.

So far my experience has been horrible. I guess because I’m black they gave me a black team. I have no problem with that I have a problem with the service . Tenai was great , however Rebecca and The others are horrible with communicating. Every update I had to call them to get info and was lied to each time and told different things . Im considering reaching out to another law firm to finish up my daughter case. Sad part is I have not met the attorney or heard for Xavier yet . Very horrible service
