I was assigned to a paralegal who was acting as my attorney. My case has been going on for almost two years. The paralegal scheduled to call me on three different occasions never heard from her I would have to run her down to find out what was going on with my case. I was told one time I would have a settlement in April never heard anymore from her. Recently about a month ago I was called to farah and farah office to review demand letters and was told they would be sent out. Just found out the demand letters were never sent. They are not who they say they are. The paralegal has lied to me this entire time and I feel like I have been given the run around. A paralegal shouldn't be taken place of a attorney. Mr farah needs to clean up his organization and get something ethics in his office. Having paralegals that mislead and lie to clients is making his firm look really bad. I would advise anyone out there in need of legal counsel not to use this firm you will be wasting your time and will never get a settlement
