Gene Nichols is an amazing lawyer. I am a client, and would highly recommend him to anyone in need. The staff is friendly and personable and will work incredibly hard for you. This Law Firm is amazing they have done everything they could possibly do to get my case where it needs to be. Super knowledgeable, excellent service, and very caring. Every time I have ever called and wanted to speak with my lawyer (Mr. Pina) I could actually get him on the phone and speak with him every time. When you give your name they actually know who you are, they don't have to pull your case up they know everything about it and everything about you. Jessica the paralegal there has worked so hard for me she is such a caring person and will do anything she possibly can to help you I will never go to another lawyer again! They are very quick at getting back to you about anything you need! You do not have to wait days for a phone call back!

Very knowledgable, great service

The consultation he came off as a go getter, that he had my best interest in mind, and that I could contact him anytime. The only complaint was the lack of communication. I would have to initiate the lines of communication and often it went unanswered until last minute. But he got the job done and I believe it was the best possible outcome for my situation.

During my experience with Gene I was unaware of what was goin on until the day I was about to lose my case... he told me one thing in the beginning and a whole lot different towards the end. Felt unworthy.
