Attorney Nichols is a fine attorney with an excellent moral character. He treats all of his clients as if they are his only client. He works hard to ensure that each and every client is treated fairly and are given the best deal possible. He ensures that all of his clients understand and are fully aware of their plea agreements. Mr. Nichols is the best lawyer one could ask for. I went to him with a charge that has a mandatory jail sentence. My daughter was just born so I was scared to death of leaving my wife and her alone. When I talked to him for the first time I could tell he knew what he was talking about and he was very honest. I did not feel like he was telling me what I wanted to hear so he could get my money, so I chose him. After one week of him taking my case, he called me back into his office to talk. When I got there he told me that we were going to go talk to the state attorney, and if everything went well they would give me pre-trial intervention for six months and then drop the charges. That's pretty incredible that they didn't prosecute . Trust me they had enough evidence against me to do so. Somehow he got all the charges dropped and I never even had to go to court. He had serious influence on state attorney's decision. That is what everyone is looking for when they hire an attorney for a criminal defense case.
