There was a mistake made on my husband's Death Certificate. He passed away in Jacksonville, Fl and I live in Savannah, GA. I had been trying for three months to get an amended Death Certificate. Without a DC, you cannot get any survivor benefits, life insurance policies, or stocks. I hired Ian Weldon, two weeks ago and he already got the judge to sign it today, which made my day.
