My son referred me to Ian Weldon in order to have him assist me to apply for a Green Card. From the initial introductory interview until the successful completion of the process, he was always available to answer queries or give an opinion. I chose to have the application completed, required documents attached and also completed the medical and health-related data prior to submission of the application. Thus a couple of weeks to do that, then submitted on 23 March and biometrics some few weeks later, to the letter of acceptance as a Permanent Resident from Homeland dated 11 June as well as the Green Card were received in the mail on 17 June. I believe one of the quickest return times Ian has achieved. So thanks to his great attention to detail, I am now able to plan my way forward. Thank you Ian and your competent staff for a really stress-free process. Would recommend anyone in the same situation to consult with you.

Ian Weldon is my lawyer and i went to him with a dui and driving on no valid license, plus no insurance and swerving.
