I contacted this firm for a medical malpractice case. My attorney, Gretchen Van Liere, was the kindest, most compassionate, competent attorney I have ever seen. With the type of case I had, she had to prove the doctor was at fault. Usually these types of cases have to go to trail. Fortunately, I had Miss Van Liere and she was able to resolve my case within the litigation period. By her achieving this, we were able to keep most of the money awarded in the judgement. Attorney Scott Ellerin and his team helped me get a fair representation in family court! Unfortunately, I had to seek a law firm that specializes in helping men falsely presented to the court system. Through a lawyer I was threatened with, and expected to pay, private school cost (on top of the “full” child support I always paid fully and on time) simply because the mother “said so” after she unilaterally enrolled our child in an expensive private school program. Through her lawyer(s) she also claimed at least 2-3 other misrepresentations trying to make me look bad to the court. In the end, after a deposition and me presenting all my supporting data to Attorney Scott Ellerin and his team, Mr. Ellerin was able to use it superbly within the context of the law to successfully challenge and disprove the mother’s claims. The court ruled in my favor on every single legal count. Attorney Scott Ellerin and his team, because of their specific focus on Men’s Rights, were able to defend me using the law as it is intended—to protect either parent. In this case it was me, the father. Importantly, this was after what I know to be a respected law firm had essentially told me after two meetings: “we cannot take this case,.... this does not look good....” Bottom line, if you are a male and know in your heart of hearts that you are being misrepresented to the family court system, seek a law firm such as Kenny Leigh & Associates that specializes in “Men’s Rights.” Attorney Scott Ellerin did a great job bringing my case to a fair closing!!!

Attorney Barry Newman and his team help me with my case when other attorneys wouldn't.
