While a client of the Delgal Law Firm, I kept requesting update as to the status of my case. I received two calls from Tad and the rest of the time was apprised by his clerk. I purposefully requested verbally and in writing that correspondence go to a certain address so that third-parties were unaware of the proceedings... that explicit (and simple) request was disregarded and case-related information was discovered.... AAAUUGGHH! When the case was eventually settled, there was no de-brief, or "thanks, we tried our hardest..", just an invoice.
