Mr. Weldon reminds me of those unreal attorneys you see in the movies! My son was charged with a felony, and unfortunately, this was not his first time not using his God given common sense. Not only did Mr. Weldon get the charges lowered to a misdemeanor, he got adjudication withheld and the only fees he was required to pay was restitution (no probation).
