Ian Weldon is my lawyer and i went to him with a dui and driving on no valid license, plus no insurance and swerving. Ian got everything dropped and i am just finishing up my DUI stuff (i was not concerned with the dui charge, just the license). Mr. Weldon was a great attorney when it came to my family law case. I interviewed many attorneys prior to obtaining him, and all of which were intimidated to even take my case. My case was far from average and definitely a challenge. Mr Weldon showed a sense of confidence that would calm you in even the most stressful situations. He never pulled my leg and was always honest and upfront about things. False expectations were never set and he made my number one priority his as well. Keeping my daughter safe was a success for us.
