Amazing lawyers, honest and fantastic

The Attorney's and staff and office personal where very professional and gave information to help you along the way. Called and check in on you and family. One of the best Attorney i every meant and had the honor of knowing.

I think reviews should be detailed and in depth to let the person reading them,feel the truth and truly informed by a review. I can barely write this review without crying. My life was forever impacted by a careless , distracted driver. I was in pain, I was scared and mostly didn't know what my next steps should b. I was referred to Pajcic and Pajcic . I was told to speak to Curt " he will help you ". I was told, the firm is honest, caring , truthful and above all professional(these were all facts). I called Curt's office a few days later when I realized my pain was not going away or getting better. I spoke with Sabrina , who took my information , asked me about the accident , asked me some basic information . Then she paused and said , now tell me about you , tell me how you are feeling , what you do for a living , your home life . These were just demographic questions , she wanted to KNOW me , me the person , not just my case . She took down all the information and said Curt would call me in a few days . He called me the next day . He stated he would be taking on my case and told me " we will do this , you focus on getting treatments and feeling better ". They kept me updated regularly as where the case stood. Mine proved to be difficult for many reasons, out of town at fault party, the severity of my injuries , treatment I was receiving . Curt and Sabrina never let anything get past them, they continued to check in . I suffered from physical injuries and then emotional . I was no longer the person I was before the accident . It changed me . Sabrina was like an best friend , sometimes I would call or email just to talk , to cry , to express how I was feeling overwhelmed and at times scared. She spoke to me days, nights you name it . She reassured me when I was frustrated , when I felt hopeless she kept me sane . She checked on me after every procedure and dr appt . She asked about my family , how my children were, how work was . She simply became a friend and familiar face in the chaos of a lawsuit . Curt , was simply amazing as migrating the case and getting me an outcome that was not only deserved but fair. He didn't just take what the offered and settled , he pushed back when they were resistant . He spent hours going over my medical records, getting expert opinions and articulating the finding to the insurance companies in a professional , respectful and timely manner. He prepared me for each step during the process in a way that help me put my emotions and feelings into words to help me fight for myself to be treated fair . When Curt and Sabrina would meet with me and my husband to discuss the case, it was like meeting with old friends , he always explained things in a way we understood , a way we would be a apart of the whole process. Curt knew that my life had been effective to a permeant degree and he wanted me to be compensate and heard. He helped me gain my confidence back , he reassured me (along with Sabrina ) that this was going to be ok . However , we always spoke about getting me better , getting me back to being able to be active with my young child and enjoy some of the things I did prior to the accident . He never made it about money, or made me feel that is what they wanted as a firm but what I deserved as a client . If you want a firm , and lawyer who , looks at you as person , as a family , as friend . I can't recommend them enough . You will be treated kind , fair , respectful and most of all like a human being and not just a case number . Even with Covid they made things work , they made the wheels of the case to keep turning , and they never stopped pursuing what was best for us .The whole firm adopts that. From calling in , to emails , cards, check in phone calls. These lawyers , paralegals ,assistances and receptionist all treat you as friend/family . PP gives you back what you lost , and then some . We have been fortunate to have been referred to and engaged Jimerson Birr to litigate our case against the builder of our home for construction defects.
