This Review goes to Cynthia in the Front Office/ Reception Area! She is so warm and kind. Always friendly and helpful. She knows the importance of the cases that she is handling and makes her clients feel important and heard! I've really connected with her and she is wonderful as the first voice of the company that you hear. Great customer service. They need to clone her.
