I've been going through the Chapter 7 bankruptcy process and the DeVries Law Firm has been great. I’ve been getting help from Fatima Levy who has been very helpful and courteous as I go through this process. I would recommend this law firm if you had to file for bankruptcy!

Called on 9/29, told paralegal Amy what I needed help with and was scheduled for a phone consult with Joe Scone on 10/3. Amy called 2 hours before the appt asking to reschedule to the next day 10/4. Appt time came and went with no call and no one answered any of the several times I called. Called the office again the morning of 10/5, spoke to Anna, who rescheduled the consult for that afternoon at 4. I gave up waiting and called at 415 and was finally put on with Joe Scone, who had no idea who I was, what I was calling about, or that we even had an appt. Not only were there no apologies from anyone I spoke to, Joe was not very friendly and spoke over me. Absolute waste of my time.

I am very pleased with Attorney Tyson and his assistant Lorraine they have helped me tremendously through my rough times with my divorce. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs a great lawyer.great firm

I have been working with the Devries law firm for bankruptcy. I was struggling couldn't afford minimum payments and had no idea where to turn. I went to debt consolidators trying to take care of my debt. Needless to say, that was still too expensive and unaffordable for me. I spoke to Shawn Devries, who explained the process. He was very understanding. Fatima Levy is the paralegal who I spent a lot of time communicating. The process made me nervous, but Fatima spent additional time reassuring me that I would be ok. If you ever find yourself in this type of situation, I would highly recommend the Devries law firm and team. Thank you!

After paying an invoice for a service that I discussed with an employee of this firm, I have not received any updates after sending emails and leaving voicemails. Funny enough, after paying the invoice I received a call from the law firm confirming that they received payment. The initial calls with two members of the staff were kind and welcoming. I felt confident going forward with this firm due to the conversations I had with their staff. However, due to lack of communication and failure to respond to my inquiries on the process, I am not so sure now. This is quite disheartening since there are outstanding and glowing reviews about this firm. My experience has been less than stellar. I hope everyone is well at this firm but I would appreciate a call back.
