It was a long process. But, worth the patience and many correspondence to get results. Kendrick was a great help and kept me apprised with updates and did a great job communicating. They have no problem taking your money but fail at every level communicating. To be told on Friday I will call you Monday and then it is next Friday and there is no call. Then to be told at noon I will call you back this evening and again the call never comes, however there is never a lag in them taking their payments at a scheduled time. And then there is the same excuse it's tax season and we are busy. Not my problem. Maybe stop taking so many clients if you can not manage them at a timely and efficient manner.
