MANY PROMISES UP FRONT, BUT NO ACTION OR PROGRESS AFTER YOU HAVE PAID THEM THOUSANDS.

You made things easy and took care of us.

Since I knew I was going to need expert help resolving my tax issue, I researched the internet for a “Tax Relief Specialist”! I decided to go with Justice Tax. Though I was not optimistic that my problem could or would be resolved, I took a chance because there are times in life we all need a little help. That decision was one of the best I ever made! When I called, the first person I spoke to explained everything in detail. He was pleasant, polite, understanding and, above all, professional. My case worker was amazing; smart, sharp, very concise and always available to answer any of my questions. She was great! Also, the entire staff was fantastic. Finally, in conclusion, my problem was resolved and a great weight was lifted off my chest! It is not easy dealing with the IRS…sometimes one person cannot do it alone, you may need a small village! That is where the people at Justice Tax come in to help! That was my Small Village! Thank you Justice Tax!

This place is a SCAM

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL DEBIT FRO. YOUR ACCOUNT AND TELL YOU A BUCH OF LIES. THE CASE MANAGER CALLED AND SAID SHE HAD ORDER MY TAX TRANSCRIPT, HAD SENT IN MY PA TO IRS. IT WAS FOR ME TO ONLY FIND OUT THEY HAVEN DID ANYTHING. THEY WILL NOT CAONTACT YOU BY VOICR THEY TEXT LIKE OR EMAIL. RED FLAG. I GIVE THE A 0 SCORE I am hesitant about signing up with them inspit of my tax issues. Because one of the agents is making me feel as though I am being harassed and bullied to make a payment, she doesn't understand or stop when I told her my finances has changed making where I can not afford their services

I CANT with these people! They are scammers and after months and months of asking for a simple document- the contract I signed last year- they say how unruly I am for asking such a thing. Asking for a higher up gets you connected back to the same person as before and whenever asked any questions, all I get back is hatefulness and threats. Do not give these people your money! PERIOD

It was a rocky start but ultimately the resolution I was hoping for was achieved. Valerie, my main contact for the last several months, had been doing her best to push through all the information necessary to resolve the matter. In the end, we got to a favorable outcome and I appreciate, in particular, Valerie's assistance in the final stretch.

It’s a scam, please don’t ever use them , the will take your money like they did to me, they never call back and never did anything. You are better off calling another company for help.

I hired Justice Tax to help me get out of this tax mess. They took such a big burden off me. They have such great employees that always put me at ease. I would recommend them to anyone with tax problems.
