Though we were traveling internationally, they kept us informed at every step with check ins and quick responses to our many questions. We can't say enough GREAT things about the Brooks Group! We reached out to the Brooks Group about a year ago after a referral from a family member who had recently purchased a home with their guidance. After meeting with Brittany and telling her that we weren't entirely sure what we wanted nor were we in a rush to buy anything, we had the immediate sense that she was the perfect realtor for us. Brittany was incredibly patient as we explored every option; she showed us home after home, visited a new build community with us, and looked at pieces of land with the potential of building over the next few months. Once we became more serious about finding out future home, Brittany met with us again and went through the same process. After finally deciding on a house, she spoke with the sales agents, brokered a few deals, and accompanied us on every site visit. She made this process incredibly easy for us and helped us with anything that she could. Her attention to detail paired with her resourcefulness is unparalleled. She was very good about explaining anything we didn't understand (as we were first time home buyers) and was very diligent about getting back to us whenever needed. I would HIGHLY recommend the Brooks Group to anyone looking for a new home in the Jacksonville area. Brittany and Jon are not only very good at their job and extremely hard working, but are incredibly personable and friendly. They have been a pleasure to work with!

Jon is an incredible guy with vast knowledge of Jacksonville! He walked me through the whole process from start to finish. He gave me a bunch of advice and things to look out for. He truly made me feel secure and happy with what I was buying. First time buyer and he was super understanding and catered to my needs. I cannot say enough about how incredible Brittany made our first home buying experience. We visited Jacksonville to house hunt after my husband received orders to NAS JAX. We visited several areas and Brittany led us to the perfect home, in the perfect area. In 5 days she had us under contract, and gave us a full understanding of the VA loan and home buying process. She then kept us fully informed from 4 states away. Throughout a chaotic move, the transaction was seamless.

And we sold the home for a little more than what we were asking!! Brittany Brooks on the other hand, had a more difficult job.
