Me and my wife just bought our first house, and I can honestly say that going with The Brooks Group was the best decision we could’ve ever made. For anyone buying a house, (especially if it’s your first crack at it) it can be VERY overwhelming to say the least, so guidance is a must have. Me and my wife were extremely indecisive, and had a hard time finding “the one”. As we went back and forth weighing the pros and cons of each home we viewed to say we asked a lot of questions would be an understatement haha. Yet throughout the ENTIRE process from start to finish “The Brooks Group” were honest, genuine, and helpful in every way. They were straight forward and realistic, with no over-the-top sales pitches or fluff. Always remembering to put our needs before their own. We can now proudly say that we have closed and moved into our new home and we couldn’t be any happier. I was recommended Jon of the Brooks Group through a mutual friend and was not disappointed! I am a military, first time home buyer having transferred to the Jacksonville area from the West Coast. Having never lived in this area before, I definitely wanted to work with a knowledgeable realtor.
