Looking for a realtor? Look no further. Everything about my experience with the Brooks Group was overwhelmingly positive. We had a horrible experience with a realtor prior to the Brooks Group that made us look for a different option. I had read a few things on the Brooks Group website and thought we would give them a try. Boy, the experience was like night and day. I was able to meet with Brittany within a day or two of contacting her. She quickly created a MLS search so that we could jump right in. She also made sure to spend the time talking over all the details that my wife and I didn't even know we should care about. They even made cost analyses specific to our situation going over pros and cons of buying with us. In many ways they went above and beyond. It is no wonder that their customers love them and believe in their work. They are thorough and are so on top of things you almost feel that they don't have a life so that they can be on top of things for you! In the end, my wife and I ended up not buying a home for the time being due to finding base housing which was better for our current situation. The Brooks took it very well and were genuinely happy for us. We know this would not have been the experience with our previous realtor. The Brooks Group are good people who care about the biggest decision you will be making in your life. No wonder they are the rising stars (if not already superstars) in the field in Jacksonville. I will be contacting them when the time comes for me to buy a home in Jacksonville because I know I can trust them.

Such a pleasure working with the Brooks Group! Jon was extremely responsive at all hours of the day (and night!). He was very knowledgeable in the local neighborhoods and we love the house we ended up choosing! He even negotiated a sweet deal for us!

End of last year my husband and I decided to sell our house to buy another house for our growing family. Prior to meeting Brooks team we interviewed about 4 realtors and were pretty much set with one until we decided to meet with Jon and his team, who immediately stole the show. One of the things that Brooks have, that some other realtors don't, is a team of 4 people. were nervous about selling our first home, but Jon guided and educated us throughout the whole selling process and made it so easy. Our house was sold very quickly and we made more than we ever imagined!!! He helped us prepare the house for market, told us exactly what to expect and helped us to take the best decision. The ONLY stress we had from selling house was packing and moving with 2 little kids! Immediately after our house was under contract we started buying process with Brit. She was phenomenal. Very easy going, understating, professional, knowledge and flexible. We found house that we loved very quickly. The house had a few other offers, however seller took our offer. She was able to negotiate best offer after home inspection and appraisal. There was a very big difference between buying current house and our prior house. Blakely has been nothing but amazing. She is a huge reason everything went so smooth with buying and selling. She kept us in a loop with everything through email and text messages. We received all the documents electronically immediately and were sent to other party immediately upon completions. She was always available and was able to answer any question we had. She is very professional and knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us every time. All this being sad, we are truly blessed to work with Brooks team. Their expertise, knowledge, professionalism is exactly what you want when you make one of the most important decisions in your life. Buying and selling house can be very stressful (especially when you have little kids), but they truly made this process what it should be,

Jon and Brittany were outstanding. My wife and I had to deal with very incompetent mortgage loan officers and underwriters with SunTrust, as well as an inexperienced realtor who was selling the home we ultimately purchased. Jon & Brittany saved us numerous times from all the mishaps along the way. They're very responsive, professional, and always willing to help, even when it's not directly involving buying or selling your home, such as finding a handyman. They got us a great deal on our home, and we couldn't be happier. We will continue to use them, and only them in future home purchases.

Buying a house can be a stressful moment, months in our case, but The Brooks Group were wonderful to us! As difficult as it was, me and my husband cannot be more grateful to have them in our side! I'm really happy have Jon Brooks. They response me really quick no matter at any time and bring me to the house I want to see as quick as possible. I remember I checked 7 different houses in a day. I looked my house almost every available in Jacksonville. They did really good job, so I recommended him to my co-worker they love their service also.
