You should be seeing a trend in the ratings and there is a reason for that. The Brooks Group took care of us through selling and buying. Once we decided to go with The Brooks Group it was off to the races. They had us adequately prepared at every level through great communication and teamwork. They believed in what they were selling and got us well over what we expected on our house sale. They handled the negations like pros. They had our house sold in 3 weeks. Next was the turmoil of buying. Although we were very decisive they helped us identify many great buys in the area of our liking. They gave us great feedback on pricing based on houses we viewed. We found our home and again they handled it with ease. We had a rough situation because I had spent all last year fighting cancer. We were really nervous to jump into something like this so quickly but we needed a change of environment. The Brooks Group is really good because they have a person for every aspect of your selling and buying experience. They have everything covered and do it with excellent communication. If you're serious about getting the ball going then I highly recommend them. A special thanks to Jon, Brit, Corey and Blakely. You guys nailed it for us and delivered us our dream home. As a first time home buyer, the entire house buying process was overwhelming, especially since I was buying by myself. I had doubts that I would be able to do it. That is, until I met Brittany from The Brooks Group. She made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Brittany and Jon are Jacksonville experts. From the moment my wife and I met Brittany we knew our home buying experience was going to be great. Brittany walked us step by step through the entire process. She broke it down in to easy steps so no deadline was ever missed. Brittany is a fantastic communicator who will go out of her way to make sure you have the best experience possible as well as any questions answered. Brittany has since even been there to suggest plumbers and wind mitigation experts so that we could be sure our home was perfect. Her number one priority was always the client which made us confident our needs would be taken of as well as knowing we would come out on the best end of the deal. Our first home buying experience was impeccable and I'm excited to continue to work with Jon and Brittany in the future whether I need help with personal buying or for business.

We were first time home buyers and also lived out of town- so when we decided that purchasing a home was the right choice, we were a little nervous about how the process would go! Living out of town in such a hot market, we noticed that the homes in the areas we wanted to be were going within 24 hours. We were worried that by the time we got to town, we would miss out on homes we loved! First of all, as I mentioned, we've never bought a home before so the world of real estate and how that process works was foreign! Jon and the Brooks Group walked us through every detail and answered all of our questions. They took the time to work with us, understand what we were looking for, and help us understand the Jax Market. They have an incredible response time and are easy to get in touch with. A home came on the market that we loved the look/location of and seemed to meet our needs- but we knew this was not going to last long. Jon went above and beyond- he quickly worked with the seller's agent and got us in the house before the lock box was even on the front door! We were not able to get in town to see the home that day, but he walked through the house and built a relationship with the seller and agent that day on our behalf. 24 hours and 12 separate offers on the house later, the buyers accepted our offer even though it was not the highest offer they received. If that does not speak to the skill, reputation, and personality of the Brooks Group, I don't know what does! Without meeting us, they wanted the house to go to our family because of our letter and the seller's conversation with Jon. The story has a happy ending...We have our dream house because of the Brooks Group!

My husband and I was referred to The Brooks Group with a confident referral from a good friend in the industry and we could not have been more pleased. Beginning with the first introduction over the phone and continuing throughout the entire process it was nothing short of pure professionalism through and through. Our plan to acquire another property had us on a tight time schedule after it had been on the market for over 2 weeks with another agent and going nowhere fast. Stepping into an effort to save the day and offering the assurance that it will still work The Brooks “effect” took over and what a difference it made. They answered all of our questions, provided objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how quickly their listings move in the market and delivered at every step that came next. We were concerned that our house, which is in a unique location, would be a challenge to sell. Jon put those concerns to rest and had a professional photographer take new pictures of our home that were night and day from the prior agent! When we saw our listing we were blown away not only at the difference in how it looked but in the dramatic difference in the response of the market where showing requests and interest were tenfold over the prior effort. The hard work of the Brooks Group and Jon’s knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off and kept the dream alive. Our listing looked amazing, gathered quick interest of buyers in a competitive market and knocked out the competition. Our home went under contract in just 8 days and for was sold for full asking price! We were ecstatic and once the contract was signed, The Brooks Group walked us through every step of the move out and all the way through the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. We have and will recommend Jon and the Brooks Group to everyone we know. Jon is a true professional and a genuinely nice guy who has tons of knowledge and experience as a professional real estate agent. We realize it won't always be this easy to sell a home, but there is no doubt that one would be hard pressed to find a better team to work with.

My home buying experience was a little crazy at first with sellers changing their mind about selling or passing away just after I made an offer, but The Brooks Group came through in the end. The first house I wanted had the most beautiful oak trees in the yard. I had been hoping that this house would come up for sale for several years. When it finally did list, it went under contract with another buyer before I could even make an offer. I was ready to throw is the towel and give up, but Brittany of the Brooks Group talked me into viewing more houses and emailed me lots of active listings. She assured me she would find me the right house. We had one selIer change their mind about selling, and another passed away the morning after I made an offer. Brittany remained focused and determined to find me a house. Then I found another house that seemed perfect but another buyer offered the seller cash for the house and I didn't get that one either. Just when I was ready to give up I found the house I wanted and Brittany and Jon of the Brooks Group helped my wife and I get it. Jon and Brittany are two of the most pleasant and likable agents in real estate to work with, but don't let their kind personality fool you; they are absolutely awesome realtors. They are knowledgeable and responsive to all of your real estate questions and concerns. From start to close, every inch of the way they help you get the home of your dreams. They are professional and dedicated to their profession. I was highly impressed with Jon when I had 2 houses I wanted to buy and Jon Brooks said that he could not sell me this house "this is not the house for you."
