I couldn't be happier with the entire process. The professionalism that was demonstrated during all of this is a rare find. From the 1st appointment everyone was helpful and informative. Rosanna Wilcox was knowledgeable, kept me up to date thru the entire event and was always quick to respond to emails or phone calls. I really had a lot of faith in Harrell & Harrell but then not only failed to do there job with my personal injury case but they also mailed me a letter to let me know they not going forward with my case after 3 months of trusting them. Never helped me see not one doctor. Even emailed the paralegal Janet Short who was working on my case and wouldn't receive an email back nor a phone call. Have an email saying she would let me know of the doctors in my area that they work with but never did. I suffer everyday and they just drop my case with no hesitation. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I would recommend Julie Harrell and the staff to anyone that has had the misfortune of an accident. I was so relieved after meeting with them knowing they had my best interest and recovery as their number one priority.
