I think it's very important to share how amazing of an experience I had with the entire Law Firm of Harrell and Harrell. Upon my first interaction with them just speaking to someone on the phone, I knew that they were very genuine and sincere. I had two main points of contact, Attorney Frank Gaulden and his Paralegal Holly Berrier. Anytime I had a question or needed something they were very quick to respond. Frank helped me put my mind at ease by walking me through every step and explaining to me every possible option with potential outcomes. His experience led to advice that was spot on. I was never caught off guard by anything, as both of them were always many steps ahead of the process and communicated very thoroughly. I can’t say enough great about the team I worked with, I had Billie joe Taylor as my attorney and her team Jessica and Maria. I had a case I had to leave a previous attorney because of the complexity of the matter at hand. They were AMAZING. If you get in a situation and the lawyer says there’s not much they can do… and you weren’t at fault… or the semi company actively hid their insurance… CALL THEM! Best decision ever!
