Jonathan Lucas of the David Willis Law Group, PA was my attorney involving a civil case. He was honest, experienced and always prepared. Jonathan handled my case in a professional manner with the best possible outcome in mind. Over a 3 year period he went to court at least 6 times and the judge ruled on my behalf. Each time he represented me we discussed the possible scenarios that could occur and how he would handle them. He explained them in a manner that never made me as a client feel unclear, uneasy or uninformed and was quick to answer any questions. I was confident knowing that he was prepared for any situation that opposing counsel could make. I believe that Mr. Lucas had compassion and genuine concern for me as a client. I felt this way the entire time that he represented me. My experience with Jonathan Lucas and David Willis was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of an attorney.

If Mr. Lucas's only assets were his cunning and knowledge of the law, he would still be the best attorney in Jacksonville. In addition to his finely tuned skill set, he is relentless, aggressive and truly cares about his clients on a personal level. Your fight is his fight. Anyone who has dealt with legal issues knows that it is a slow process often slowed further by the legal representatives dragging their feet. This is not the case with Mr. Lucas. For me, it was a very expedient process in which he kept me well informed and well involved every step of the way. Without going into detail, I was charged with a D.U.I. I was innocent, but the evidence was piled against me. After Mr. Lucas extensively reviewed and researched my case, he met with me and clearly explained my legal status, my options and the probability of success per my choices. My best bet was to plea, but I chose to fight. Lucas went to battle, overcame all odds, and won me my freedom. I would not only trust Mr. Lucas with issues in his area of expertise, but also with his guidance with any legal issue that I may encounter. Mr. Lucas and everybody involved with his law group are the best. You can truly trust they have your best interest at heart.
