Mr. Dugan and his staff are quite professional and personable. He initially sat with my wife and me to review our needs in estate planning. Once all that information was gathered, he had us return for a review conference. I really appreciated the way he presented all of the documents with a power point presentation. He explained the meaning of the legalese in the body of the documents in simple terms. A final session then occurred for signing of the documents making everything legal and up to date. He gave excellent advise throughout the entire process.

When I met Adam I was very disoriented while dialing with a terrible grief and a few legal issues that came in place. Adam attentively listened and assured me he could help.
