I obtained my Dual Italian Citizenship with another Consultant. But they did not offer assistance in obtaining my Italian Passport. I contacted ICAP and worked with Elisa. She arranged my appointment at the Miami Consulate and prepared my application and provided encouragement and support until I received it. I cannot speak highly enough of the way this company and Elisa conducts their customer relations. Elisa responded quickly to my many questions and managed my expections and calmed my paranoia. Unless you have gone through persuing Italian Citizenship, you have no idea how valuable those traits are.

Giorgio and his staff did an amazing job for me. I started the process in late 2019 and within a couple months of that start, COVID hit. In spite of that event, the timeline for my citizenship was not greatly impacted. I was told upfront that the process can take two years or more (without the impact of a pandemic). In fact, it took longer, certainly because of the pandemic and it's considerable effect on Italy. However, I was informed and aware of the status and issues throughout the process until I received my citizenship. I would highly recommend Giorgio and ITAMCAP to anyone seeking to become an Italian citizen. They are thoroughly knowledgeable about the process and pitfalls. I am so grateful for everything they did for me.
