I filled out the form as best I could to see if I qualified. Questions about female side I had no info, but had photos of ggf visa to work here. I got an apt for a 15 mincall and about 30 reminders. The call started and in 10 seconds the connection went in and out. I called right back several times, nothing. I waited a couple of minutes and tried again nothing. I got a message finally saying I would be called back shortly. After a month of nothing, I emailed. Never got a reply. It has been at least another month. If this is the type of work they do, no thanks.

I highly recommend this company's service. Maybe is not a good idea to do everything by yourself, there is a lot of things that this company can help you tremendously, they know the Italian law inside and out. During my process, they were very professional, they kept my hopes high at all times even though I was in doubt, they responded to all my questions in a very kindly manner, they kept me inform in every step of the way. I am in the processes of obtained my Dual Italian Citizenship with them which will take about year. Unfortunately to make an appointment with Italian consulate in Miami has prove so far to be impossible!. I check regularity for the last 45 days and there are no available appointment on their web site and they only go to February 2027 . I feel his should have been disclosed up front as its very frustrating!
