Bad attorney

From the beginning of my initial consult, I was very impressed with the care of the entire staff. They were kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They never failed to take my calls or answer my emails. I had a million questions and I know I got on their nerves more than once. But they were the experts in this situation not me, so I had to learn some patience. I wanted to be more than fair in this divorce but Mr. Greschner and his team looked out for me on several occasions so that I would not be taken advantage of. Thank you sir! Thank you Ellie for being my listening ear throughout this difficult year and a half. Your attentiveness and kindness was unprecedented. Divorce or the price of one is not what we set out for on our wedding day but when all else fails getting through it with peace at the end is Priceless. Thank you! God Bless you and your team!

Ernie is the man ! He has beaten 2 cases for me and several other cases for my buddies , He is very professional and has great personality and a trustworthy lawyer, up forward as well and straight to point . He is known inside the walls of the system as well , plenty of individuals know Ernie and said he is the best to represent you in Kissimmee ,Which gave me a sign of relief . Apparently I had got in a bit trouble in orange and Osceola, Bonded out in Orange County on one serious charge (3rd degree felony ) , within 4 days out on bail a minor incident in Osceola county occurred and I caught a 2nd charge (1st degree misdemeanor) , upon my arrival for first court hearing my bond was revoked and set to none ($0 hold warrant) so I had to sit till my next court hearing which could’ve took months , but Ernie came to my aid and took both cases , less than 2 days he accept my cases , others had to sit 3-12 months with a public defender , and some 2-6months with a private lawyer just for a court hearing , Ernie had put in overtime for me as promised and got me a court hearing with 2 weeks and I just had to wait patiently for the next 2 weeks to past by until my court date , Within 3 weeks of my incident he had my Osceola county case dropped and out the window , now I just had to wait one more week for to hear what the outcome on my Orange County case was & He represented me in court and I was not present because Orange County did not want to transport me because lack of workers on there end , but praise the man above and Ernie because he was able to get me released on a ROR , and there I was getting released in just one month , the case was still open but he got me out that situation to be home and rejoice with my family and fight this case from the outside , now again he was still putting in overtime while I was home , after 4 months of hard work and determination, a motion to dismiss was approved and my case was closed in Orange County ! Not to mention he did all this in 5 months , beat 2 cases . I have a friend who had the same case as me and it took his lawyer 14 months to dismiss his case, Ernie did it all in 5 months . Definitely a recommended defense group . Thank you for your service Mr.Mullins I also wanna thank his team as well for keeping us updated on everything .

Joe Greschner is an awesome attorney. Got me a huge settlement on my car accident 15 years ago right out of law school couldn’t have asked for a better attorney put 100% into my case that’s why I’m back years later with another incident in my life that I know from previous experiences that he will put 100% into what he is doing for me now also he has a awesome secretary Zaida that has been on top of things for me never did. I have to wait but just a few hours for her to call me back and trust me I’m a nervous Nellie. I called this office for a consultation. The receptionist was rude and inappropriate because she asked me where I was a from. When I said I was from Puerto Rico she said attorney Greschner didn't have any availability

In my opinion Mr. Greschner should please cease and desist addressing your former clients as slanderous vindictive liars. Your defensive and antagonistic comments say multitudes about your character as a person and more importantly as an attorney. US citizens have the right to exercise their first amendment rights, which may include disclosure of their opinions in a public forum. Attacking your former clients that paid for your legal services is ultimately unprofessional and unbecoming of a legal representative. Ideally you will one day learn how to respect other people's opinions, with the understanding that not everyone is pleased with the way you handled their cases . Think twice before hiring an attorney with not enough experience and lack of ethics!
