DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR $. What kind of attorney reviews your case, accepts your case with a huge % of your financial settlement then rescinds their services months later? This attorney did just that. Now I am picking up the pieces of their mess and unprofessionalism. GRESCHNER AND HIS STAFF are not capable of providing professional legal services, only scams and lies. Attorney Greshner took my husband social security case months ago , and he told me this case was winable. He told me He had someone really good on this type of cases that would help him to win. For weeks I didn't hear anything about my case until I got a phone call from the social security office saying my case was going to be dismissed because my attorney didn't present any paperwork or forms. I called Greschner's office and asked what happened. He told me his paralegal had my case and He was going to ask her about it. Supposedly his paralegal sent the paperwork but they said they didn't know why the social security office never got them. After that I will call to check on my case weekly, and they will say everything is fine. On the hearing day He told me everything look perfect to finish this case, but the judge said to Mr Greschner the file was incomplete because he forgot to request my husband medical records of 2022. Greschner told me I have to look for the medical records myself because He was too busy. On August 16 I got a message from him, and I quote: “Rebecca this is attorney Joe Greschner I just wanted to let you know that I'm sending you a letter that we are no longer going to be representing you on your husbands Social Security case .. first of all I wanted to give you my sympathies again for Gerson passing away but I've had an evaluation done and we've done our own evaluation and this case is not a winnable case so I'm telling you so you can seek additional counseling if you'd like to do that" Research before you hire an attorney. 09/07/2023 MR GRESCHNER AS AN EX FRIEND AND EX COUNSELOR I DID EXPECT MORE FROM YOU AND YOUR STAFF. I EXPECTED TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. IF YOU WERE NOT QUALIFIED TO REPRESENT ME IN THIS CASE YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME BEFORE. YOU SHOULDN'T CALL LIARS TO PEOPLE THAT AGREE WITH ME. MR GRESCHNER Last Friday after my review YOUR STAFF called me more than 10 times and left more than 5 voice-mails insulting and attacking me verbally. I will pursue legal actions for the damage caused. I want everyone to know how UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST this Law firm is. I'm sorry your memory is fragile and you don't remember me. I was a formal client, you divorced me 3 years ago. You have to be careful before telling me I am a fake review or liar. Thank you

Mr.greschner is a great attorney,he took the time to walk me through the process of my divorce and explain everything in detail making the process simple and effective,resulting in me finally establishing a long distance parenting plan and finally being able to arrange spending time with my kid.

OLD is GOLD…..not in this situation OLD does FOLD.. (D.)oesn’t (U)nderstand (I)ndividuals by their case ..he can’t hear half of the time, has to have on hearing device at all time and still ask u what the prosecutor, judge , and the jury said. Gets his 900 pages book to look for the answers which prosecutor and judge ask him and guess what ? the answers still wrong … save your money and time..might as well plead guilty and save 3k down payment for your new car ..
