I reached out to Mandy's law firm last minute to assist me with a Real Estate transaction because my so called realtor was a "Jesus" yelling money grabber. Upon speaking to Nina, I felt I was in good hands, and when I finally consulted with Mandy, the attorney, I could immediately feel her compassion and empathy. It is really not about the money for this law firm, in my opinion, but about helping people in need. Yes, my money grabber and her people milked all they could from me, but I did not have to deal with the day to day communication with them. I will not hesitate to hire this law firm again as they do care about their clients.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you are looking for a company to help close your real estate transaction STAY AWAY. No communication, delayed our closing, and the closing only continued because me (the buyer) sent 5 plus emails a day checking on the closing. They delayed our closing and did not care. Now, there are funds still outstanding that they have not issued and we closed 2 weeks ago. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

By far one of the worst experiences EVER! As a top producing agent who has sold MANY homes and has dealt with many title companies, this has to be by far the worst experience I've ever encountered in a real estate transaction. Extreme lack of communication, emails and phone calls go days without getting returned. Just not what you expect to experience from a law firm! Stay away!

I had a no notice real estate legal situation arise. I found Mandy Pavlakos from a google search and saw the outstanding reviews. I'm very happy to add my own 5 star review today! I called on a Monday, spoke to Ethan(who was very professional) and had a consult with Mandy the next day. Mandy was kind, knowledgable and easy to work with. She was able to quickly assist me with the legal issue. I feel very fortunate I came across The Law Offices of Mandy Pavlakos and will use her firm for all my future legal needs!
