Mandy Pavlakos didn't know the law that applied to my case. She advised less-informed. I reviewed the law myself and found there was something she didn't advised and advised something that didn't apply to me. If the lawyer doesn't know the law, who should?!! That's her job. She's not a good lawyer.

Mandy Pavlakos and her staff are AMAZING! I had a difficult case of an uncooperative Mortgage company trying to foreclose on me at the same time of us trying to short sale my home in FL. Mandy went several times to court on my behalf and won each time! Their hard work, persistence, smarts and integrity eventually settled my case with the short sale. The entire staff was always encouraging and helpful. They kept me updated and helped me walk through the case as it proceeded over the course of time. We are fortunate that we hired Mandy as our lawyer. She and her staff were most knowledgeable and courteous. She helped us with two short sales which were resolved relatively quickly. One of the banks filed a foreclosure against us and she was instrumental in delaying it in order for us short sell our property. I was referred to Mandy several years ago by a friend. I hired Mandy on a couple of properties to handle the negotiations for foreclosure and subsequent modifications with the bank. In each case my goals were different and Mandy was able to achieve both goals and in a timeframe that worked to my advantage. This occurred over a 4-5 year period. During the process I probably spoke to Mandy dozens of times, she is very responsive and qualified. This also extends to her staff that interacted with me dozens of times as well. Bottom line is if you have a property that is in foreclosure, short sale or requires negotiation with your bank you should seriously consider Mandy. I have also used Mandy to review a handful of contracts, unrelated to the bank references above, same result, would recommend for the same reasons.
