I contacted Alex McClure to help me with a debt collection lawsuit on a debt that I co-signed for over 10 years ago. Alex explained to me the laws surrounding the Statute of Limitations regarding my type of debt and what I was unfortunately still liable for. Alex then reached out to the other party and helped me settle the debt with a monthly payment I could afford and terms that were reasonable. I feel like Alex took his time with me and answered all my questions. He also guided me in the right direction to make sure I didn’t fall behind in the suit and have a judgement placed against me.
