What a great guy! Talked with him on the phone and he explained things to me about dealing with Credit Unions that the bankruptcy lawyer I used a few years ago in South Carolina never disclosed. If I'd had that information back then, I'd not be in the horrible financial situation I'm in now. Of course, as a Florida attorney, he doesn't know all the ins and outs of South Carolina law, but his overall knowledge, freely shared was very helpful and I'm very grateful to him.

Charles helped me so much with my case! 100% recommend! My case was marriage green card with US citizen. Charles had provided us with his expertise in gathering evidence and answer any questions we have concisely. He was quick with organize given documents and helped us file our application after a short time. We filed in Feb 2023 and I received my green card in Jul 2023 with waived interview. He’d get in touch with us immediately every time we got a notice and important movement from USCIS. We got a NOID for our case and Charles spent his time explaining and assisting us with the response. He always kept us updated with the shipment status of each mail response and monitored the case status. Overall, I am very grateful because he took a huge weight of our shoulders. Cost per hour maybe higher than most, however you will most likely get what you pay for. Time constraints since I could only afford 45 minutes over two calls prevented me from getting some questions answered that were emailed prior to call. Not sure if due to the complexity of my case or not, why I took off a star. In the end, the restricted advice that was received helped my family extensively. I paid a lawyer prior to contacting Alper Law. That other lawyer gave me inaccurate advice, (that was validated) enough for a full refund. Alper Law seem to give me all accurate advice, that I cannot dispute so far. Most likely, extremely worth your effort and money to call this law firm first, to learn how to protect your assets.

I contacted Alex and retained his legal services for a post judgment matter.   Unfortunately, the plaintiff in the case didn't want to negotiate a settlement agreement with me, so they aggressively pursued a judgment.
